All Trinity Kids activities are FREE to the children.  Volunteers don't pay to attend any camp, retreat or activity either.  Therefore, we have to raise money through donors and grants.  We have a few very generous donors, but we also work with businesses and community organizations to raise funds.

 

The Heart and Soul Charity Auction

This event has both a silent and a live auction, along with hors’ devours and live music. The 2010 auction was held at the Bob Duncan Community Center (Vandergriff Park) in Arlington, TX on Saturday February 6.  This was the second year for the auction to be held at this facility.  Over 100 silent auctions items and a dozen live auction items were sold.  We want to thank Joe Gumm from WBAP Radio for being our emcee, Shawn Hardin for returning to be our auctioneer and the Crosswinds Jazz Band for providing live music again during the silent auction portion of the event. We also appreciate Mercado Juarez for the wonderful food.

 

Kilometers 4 Kids

The 4K fun walk takes place in April during child abuse awareness month. 2010 will be our forth year for this event. We are looking forward to building this event into a community wide event. There are rumors of trying to add a 5K run to this event in the future but Trinity Kids needs a volunteer organizer to expand this event. The 2010 walk will take place on April 18, at Veteran's Park in Arlington. Registration is $50 per entry. Hope to see you there.

Links Fore Kids Golf Tournament
